Mulberry (taking its name from the mulberry tree which stands in the courtyard garden) is situated in the market town of Thuir, a 15 minute drive from the airport at Perpignan.
Thuir, best know for its production of Dubonnet, sits in the foot of the Pyrenees mountains yet is only 15 minutes from the nearest Mediterranean beaches.
Within easy walking distance are the local bars and cafes as well as the local boulangerie and boucherie. The local supermarket is 5 minutes away.
Mulberry is situated in a quiet edge of town location, connected. The house itself dates back to the 18th Century and has retained many of its original features.
Mulberry a 19th c house has spacious open plan living accommodation. Interior designers were retained to refurbish the house for this season. The house provides an elegant yet totally relaxed base for your holiday in the south of France.
