Between Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, an elegant, cosy one bedroom flat 30sqm situated in an ancient 19th century palazzo in the old centre of Rome, next to one of the most well-known and prestigious streets of the city: Via Sistina.
The small apartment has been subject to very recent and attentive restoration work both of its structure as well as in its furnishings.
The car traffic is only open to residents.
The room has been set up as a living/dining room, a double bed , a 3rd pull out bed, small kitchen,1 bathroom with shower. confortable furniture.

Every apartment will be provided with clean linen which will be changed at departure or weekly.
Apartments will be ready on arrival day by 01.00 pm, check out time at 10.00 am.
