Parc villa is a stunning brand new privately owned villa being built on a larger than average sized plot - set in the prestigious new gated community of Calabay Parc at Tower Lake. If fishing takes your fancy take the two minute walk to the lake to fish for Bass. With 3 master suites and two twin rooms it is ideal for 2 families to share or for those who like to spread out! Parc Villa will be equipped with every facility to make your stay extra special - from the south facing pool/spa and extended decking ro the upgraded furnishings and fittings. Ideally situated on the US 27 with easy access to all atractions, shopping, dining and next to the Southern Dunes Golf Club makes Parc Villa the perfect holiday location.

Living Areas:
The open plan ground floor will consist of a carpeted family area with comfy sofas, coffee table, lamps, Cable TV and music centre - with patio doors out to the pool area. The extended fully fitted oak kitchen with breakfast bar, will include a full-size cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer with ice-maker, dishwasher and larder. All cutlery, crockery, glassware, kitchenware and tea towels are provided. The dining area will have a large table and enough seating for allour guests to be able to dine together. Should you wish to dine alfesco you can just open the patio doors and go out to dine on the extended pool deck. A separate utility room will house a large washing machine, dryer, household items such as ironing board and iron. We hope to also be able to leave you fishing gear and golf clubs in the double garage. There will also be a convenient separate downstairs toilet with vanity basin.


Master Bedrooms:
The very large downstairs master bedroom will be tastefully furnished and have a king-sized bed and walk-in closet with lots of hanging space. It will have its own separate door out to the pool area. The tiled master en-suite will include his/hers vanity basins, larger corner bath and walk-in shower. There are a further two large master bedrooms upstairs - one with king-sized bed, one with queen size. Both with walk-in closets and luxury en-suite bathrooms.


Other Bedrooms:
The two twin bedrooms are very spacious with walk-in closets and share a 'Jack & Jill' bathroom. Both bedrooms can be themed - one as 'Winnie the Pooh' and the other 'Mickey and Friends'. A selection of toys, books and games for all ages will be provided. All bedrooms will have TV's/DVD's/VCR'S and one lucky room will also have a PS2.


Exterior:
The extended lanai covered patio/pool deck will be large enough for you all to enjoy to the sun or shade from the comfort of your sun loungers after a dip in the SOUTH FACING 30 X 15 POOL. You can sit in the SPA with your favourite tipple after a hectic day out and catch up with world events on the OUTSIDE TV! There will be tables and chairs for dining alfresco and a ceiling fan for when the going gets too hot! A pool fence with gate is provided which you may choose to use for additonal pool safety. Pool heating is available. Adviseable in the cooler months. (Sorry, additional charge)


Location & Surroundings:
You can make your stay at Parc Villa just what you want it to be! Disney World is just 15 minutes north and the newly re-opened Cypress Gardens is just 15 minutes south. Southern Dunes Golf Club is next door and a few minutes up the road is Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club and the world famous Championsgate. You can shop til' you drop! Spend your time eating or just while away the time at a more leisurely pace!
